We are a team of volunteers, specialists, and individuals united by one goal—to improve the environment for people with celiac disease and those living gluten-free in Bulgaria. The organization was created out of necessity—driven by the lack of information, support, and fair access to treatment and food. We are united by shared values—awareness, accessibility, support, and active protection of the rights of people with gluten enteropathy.
