If you experience any of the listed symptoms, you may have celiac disease. The first step is to discuss your concerns with your doctor. Do not remove gluten from your diet until diagnosed by a specialist.
Some symptoms of celiac disease can be confused with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or gluten sensitivity.
In fact, most people have a normal weight or are even overweight.
